Neuroplasticity

In a way, we are all followers of something or someone. We are all following something or consuming something. What we consume will influence us, and how we act will influence the people who “follow” or interact with us. A lot of these ideas aren’t original thoughts, they are just ideas from the things that we consume and the people we surround ourselves with. Even though a lot of times we think that the things we do won't affect us, this is a lie. Every time you do something, your brain adapts (neuroplasticity) and those pathways in your brain make it easier for you to do that thing again. The first time you do something, it may be hard, but as you do it again and again, your brain adapts ,and it becomes easy. This is such an amazing thing that our brain does. What we must consider is who we want influencing us and what we want our automatic thoughts and actions to be. If we make the right choices, they tend to become easier, but unfortunately that is also true if we are influenced to make a wrong decision. Everything we do actually does matter even, if we aren’t fully aware of it.
