We Are The Sum Of What We Consume

This blog post is really almost a continuation of my last two blog posts. If you want to read those again I have attached the links below. This is an intuitive concept however with the overconsumption of media it is quite easy to forget. It's easy to get lost in the sinkhole of social media without even thinking about it at all, and it happens so fast we barely have time to think. However, we have to keep in mind that all the things we are consumption do affect us in some way and have an impact on our lives for good or bad. This is definitely something I've been trying to think about with trying to consume uplifting things that are going to help me rather than just passively consuming content that has no value. This is definitely an extremely hard thing to do and something I know I can really work on and it's definitely something worth thinking about.
