Recently, I was having this conversation with a friend about how our time is the most valuable resource that we have. If we blink, that time is gone, and it is impossible to ever get it back. As school gets more demanding and as work takes up more of our time, we have to realize that our time we have is very valuable. Obviously, we need to take downtime and relax and all these things, but we should also be identifying what actually matters to us and use our time to do those things. It is a balancing act of where you devote your time. It is easy to just passively do this, and with TV and our phones, it is super easy to just lose track of lots of time without even realizing it. What we need to do is be intentional with our time so we know where it is going. I think it's just key that we are actually aware of what we are doing and try to modify behaviors to align with the things we say we want to do. Remember, you never get this time back, so make sure you are using it to do the things that actually matter. Thanks for reading today! :)
