Setting Goals to Reach Peak Performance

This is sort of like part two of my last blog post. Today's blog post will be about goal setting and achieving things that you thought you couldn't do. Like I said last time, small steps are the key to achieving these goals, but what goals should we be trying to achieve? This is really a question that you have to dig deep and ask yourself. Do you want to start incorporating more healthy foods into your diet? Begin a more consistent exercise plan? Start reading or begin a gratitude journal? Only you can answer this, however, having goals can really help to orient us and prevent the baseline habit of watching TV mindlessly or spending too much unintentional time on your phone. These things aren't bad, but when we do them time and time again they can lead to wasting valuable time that we could be using for other things. For most people, being "too busy" is just an excuse, we get to decide how we spend our time, so use it wisely to achieve something that you will be proud of.
