Keystone Habits

I learned about this idea from Charles Duhigg's book The Power of Habit. The idea is that when you make one habit it produces a domino effect in which more habits will follow almost subconsciously. The most obvious of these is exercise, when people start to build an exercise habit and are consistent they will generally start to eat better, watch what they eat, and get more sleep. The trick is really to find the habit that will lead to the maximum results. Some other habits that have been considered keystone habits are having a good morning/night routine or planning out your day. Doing these things may not be that difficult but they can lead to extraordinary results and help you to live a healthier life.
