What You Do Today Defines Tomorrow

In the moment we often don't see progress being made. Whether you make good decisions or bad, for the most part, these habits or decisions have little impact on our current state. Whether we eat healthy or exercise today is not going to make much of a difference on that day. However, these habits can have major consequences down the line and this is where delayed gratification comes into play. We have to keep making the right decisions and pursuing our goals today as it will make tomorrow better and we will be even closer to our goals. So when you don't feel like doing something, think about your future self, would they want you to exercise, eat healthy, or work on achieving your goals? if the answer is yes then what are you waiting for...
