One of my favorite things that I have started doing the past few years is reflecting on what I did well the past year and what I know I need to work on. This doesn't have to be a long list, but recognizing your strengths and understading areas that need work is a huge advantage. Maybe this year you want to work on your fitness, start eating healthy, or be a better communicator, there are so many things and just recognizing a few areas to improve and following through will make a big impact on your life. Most people don't take the time to reflect on what has happened in their life, however, I think that this is a powerful skill and something that we should all do to improve our lives. Thanks for reading, and I hope you can give this some thought.
